Royalty Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of the North & Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent for an exciting opportunity to join their Business Support Team as a Wellbeing Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced wellbeing professional to shape and deliver an organisation-wide wellbeing strategy, helping employees thrive both personally and professionally.

🌟 The Role
As Wellbeing Officer, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a range of initiatives that place employee wellbeing at the heart of the organisation.
You'll work closely with managers, employees and external partners to create a healthy, engaged and resilient workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing the Agency's Wellbeing Strategy
Creating and managing the Wellbeing Hub
Designing wellbeing campaigns, workshops and awareness events
Supporting managers to embed wellbeing into everyday working practices
Analysing staff feedback and wellbeing data to improve services
Building strong relationships across the organisation
Producing reports and recommendations for senior management
Promoting positive physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
✅ About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience within employee wellbeing, occupational wellbeing, HR or organisational development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong project management and organisational abilities
Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives or employee engagement programmes
The ability to influence and inspire others
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
A proactive and positive approach to improving workplace culture
